About The Grand Rounds
Tiredness and fatigue are common symptoms in pregnancy with multifactorial causes that directly affect physical and mental health, and quality of life during pregnancy (1,2).
Why should you attend? Join us in an evening of learning about female sleep physiology and updated approaches to sleep disorders in perinatal health.
We also offer networking with fellow professionals who care for pregnant women and refreshments.
We look forward to seeing you at an evening of knowledge exchange with a lovely networking environment!
What you’ll learn in this Grand Rounds:
Sleep disorders are not only an important differential diagnosis, but also a predisposing factor for many perinatal complications (3,4,5). Updated knowledge on female sleep physiology (6), sleep disorders' pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management are important discussions for protecting perinatal health outcomes.
